Shipping & Payment


Rubixwear prefers to use trusted shipping carriers UPS or DHL and shipping costs are wholly borne by our clients. As shipping costs vary from country to country, please contact us at to receive a quotation based on the weight, speed and desired destination.  



Rubixwear accepts Bank Account Transfers and Paypal transactions. When your order has been confirmed, we will furnish you with more details.



Rubixwear will accept returns for the following reasons:

a) Incorrect Items
b) Defective Items
c) Issues with Size/Fit

Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days upon receiving their parcel and all returns should be received within an additional 7 working days from the above date. All items returned must be in its packaging, unworn, unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements.

Please take note that exchanges are only valid once (1) time per apparel across all reasons.
