- Details: Furnish us with your product(s) of choice, size of order, expected delivery date and any other special request(s)
- Let’s do it together!: You will receive a price quotation, order form and sizing charts via e-mail from us
- Your turn: Complete the order by sending us a comprehensive e-mail of your design (font files, design files in .ai or .psd, & other specifications) as well as your order form
- Can’t wait! A confirmation of design(s) will be sent to you and once accepted, you will be billed accordingly.

Screen printing involves the process of transferring ink from a stencil (called a “screen”) and printing it onto the surface on a garment. A different stencil is required for each colour and the final look is usually the result of multiple layers of ink combined. This method is durable, affordable and fast!
The downside to screen printing is the possibility that printed inks can add
weight to the jersey and the printing might wear after many washes.
Sublimation printing, a relatively new technique, is used to print long-lasting
images onto a variety of products. Unlike screen printing, sublimation inks are
physically infused onto the fabric under both heat and pressure.
Sublimation offers a plethora of options to fit your custom printing needs
because it leaves the technical properties of our custom fabrics intact.
Sublimated products will sport a vibrant look, are breathable and light!
It is preferable if you design your template using Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or another program that can create vectors. We recommend not to use Photoshop as this is used in correcting/creating images and not vectors, therefore may lose some image quality when printed. Vectors can readily be resized without losing image quality, and this is important when sublimating shirts of different sizes.
If you do choose to use Photoshop, please save with resolution of 300 dpi (high
resolution format). Please also note that colour should be set to CMYK.
The sizing chart includes all the measurement instructions you require. Please ensure that measurements are made according to the illustrations in the size chart. A good tip is to use the measurements of
your favourite jersey/shorts and match it with the most appropriate size on our
sizing charts.

Rubixwear uses trusted shipping carriers UPS or DHL and shipping costs are wholly borne by our clients.
As shipping costs vary from country to country, please contact us at sales@rubixwear.com to receive a quotation based on the weight, speed and desired destination.
Do also note that all import taxes and GST imposed by the destination country is wholly borne by the customer. Please check your country’s import taxation policy.
Express shipping: available at higher shipping cost, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate it.
Rubixwear accepts Bank Account Transfers and Paypal transactions. When your order has been confirmed, we will furnish you with more details.
Definitely! We have had experiences making uniforms for a range of other sports including hocket, dragon boating, touch rugby, and even corporate sports wear. We can tailor a sizing chart to your needs if what we currently have does not fit your sporting needs.
Rubixwear will accept returns for the following reasons:
a) Incorrect Items
b) Defective Items
c) Issues with Size/Fit
Customers must drop us an email within 7 working days upon receiving their
parcel and all returns should be received within an additional 7 working days
from the above date. All items returned must be in its packaging, unworn,
unwashed and in brand new condition (without any stains, fragrances, scents
including detergent and perfume) or any form of disarray that warrants the item
unsuitable for resale. We will not be able to accept items that do not meet
these requirements.
Please take note that exchanges are only valid once (1) time per apparel across
all reasons.
